ProLogium hereby clarifies that Ms. Stephanie Yang, a former employee of ours, departed in April 2025 due to serious dereliction of duty. Any statements, actions, or business activities conducted by her following her departure are entirely personal in nature and bear no relation to ProLogium or our management team, nor do they represent us in any capacity. This includes, but is not limited to, any communications, requests, or engagements initiated by the individual, whether during or after her employment, which were conducted without authorization. Such actions are solely personal in nature and bear no relation to ProLogium or any of our affiliated entities. We assume no responsibility whatsoever for any such actions.

ProLogium hereby further emphasizes that, should any former employee be found making false statements regarding the Company, or engaging in any activities under the name of ProLogium or the management that may harm our interests or reputation, we reserve the right to pursue all available legal actions and will take strict measures in accordance with applicable laws.
