Following the successful completion of the first gigafactory in Taoyuan, Asia, Europe and USA sites are under consideration.

ProLogium, a global leading manufacturer in next-generation solid-state batteries, is seeking its first overseas site for production of next-generation solid-state batteries in Asia, Europe, or USA in light of the exponential growth in demand for electric vehicles over the next decade. In Europe, it has appointed Accuracy, a global independent financial and strategic consulting firm, to advise on the location. Besides Europe, the company is also looking into potential sites in Asia and North America and has been in discussion with multiple agencies in these regions.

At the end of initial studies for potential sites in Asia, Europe, and North America, a proposal of shortlisted sites from each region will be presented to be approved by the board. ProLogium is set to make its final decision by the second quarter of 2023 and break ground on the new facility after carrying out proper due diligence.”
