Announcement of the Establishment of Singapore Subsidiary

Aiming for global expansion, ProLogium Holding.Inc established its wholly­owned subsidiary in Singapore, namely, “PROLOGIUM INNOVATION PTE. LTD.”.

As a leading corporation in automotive solid­state battery field, ProLogium has built it’s pilot run line in 2017, will finish a giga­level mass production line in mid ­2021.

Had announced several sample cars in 2018 and 2019, ProLogium is currently conducting more sample car building projects and discussion of jointly manufacturing with customer in Europe, Asia and USA.

The creation of the subsidiary is in line with the group’s global strategy to sell their innovative solid­state battery internationally.
